Definitions

“Company” refers to Wavexel Powered by TEKInfo
“User” refers to any individual or entity using the Platform
“Services” include laptop repair, computer services, AMC, rentals, data recovery, CCTV, networking, and related IT support
“Partner” refers to authorized technicians or service providers associated with Wavexel
“Order / Transaction” refers to any service or product booking made by the User
“Charges” refer to the total amount payable for services, including applicable taxes
“Refund” refers to partial or full reimbursement under applicable conditions

Eligibility

By using this Platform, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

Scope of Services

Wavexel provides a platform for booking IT-related services for home and business use.

Services may be delivered:
Directly by Wavexel
Through verified service partners

Wavexel acts as a service provider and coordinator but does not grant ownership rights of the brand or platform to any partner.

Booking & Service Process

Users must provide accurate contact and service details during booking
Service charges will be communicated transparently before confirmation
Once confirmed and paid, no additional charges will be applied unless explicitly agreed

 

Wavexel reserves the right to:
Accept or reject any service request
Modify service offerings or pricing at any time

 

A standard visit or inspection charge may be applicable for on-site diagnosis, even if the service is not proceeded with. Any such charges will be informed in advance.

Payments

Payments can be made via:
Online payment gateways
UPI / Cards / Net Banking
Cash (where applicable)

 

All transactions are processed through secure payment systems. Wavexel is not responsible for failures caused by third-party payment gateways.

Refund & Chargeback Policy

No refund will be applicable once the service is completed and marked as satisfactory

 

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
Non-delivery of service
Proven service deficiency

 

Wavexel reserves the right to evaluate refund requests and make the final decision.

Service Limitations & Liability

Wavexel strives to provide high-quality services. However:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

 

We are not liable for:
Data loss (especially during repair or OS installation)
Delays caused by external factors
Third-party service issues

 

Users are strictly advised to take complete data backup before availing any service. Wavexel shall not be responsible for any data loss, corruption, or recovery failure under any circumstances.

 

Any spare parts required during service will be charged additionally unless already included in the service plan. Parts may be original or compatible based on availability and customer approval.

 

Warranty, if applicable, will be limited only to the specific service or parts provided and does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Warranty terms will be communicated at the time of service.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:
Provide accurate information
Not misuse the Platform
Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Use valid payment methods

 

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding:
Payment details
Login credentials
Personal data

Partner & Third-Party Responsibility

Wavexel may assign services to verified partners.

 

While we ensure quality standards:
Wavexel is not liable for misconduct, negligence, or damages caused by third-party partners

 

Any disputes will be reviewed and handled as per company policy

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Wavexel.

 

Users are not permitted to:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
Use Wavexel branding without permission

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:
Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform
Use automated tools or bots
Post harmful, abusive, or misleading content
Violate any applicable laws

 

Violation may lead to:
Account suspension
Legal action

Disclaimer

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

 

Wavexel does not guarantee:
Accuracy of all information
Continuous availability of services
Error-free operation

Users agree that usage of services is at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Wavexel shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business
System failures or service interruptions

 

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Force Majeure

Wavexel shall not be responsible for delays or failure in service due to events beyond control, including:
Natural disasters

Government restrictions
Strikes or emergencies

Third-Party Links

The Platform may include links to third-party websites. Wavexel is not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

Termination

Wavexel reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate user access
Cancel orders
Restrict services

In case of:
Policy violations
Fraudulent activities

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms will continue to be enforceable.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
