All service partners operate under Wavexel’s platform guidelines. However, they do not have any ownership or rights over the Wavexel brand, platform, or operations. Wavexel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner association at its sole discretion without prior notice. All billing and invoicing for services are issued directly by Wavexel.

Service Completion & Refund Policy

Once a service has been completed and marked as “satisfied” or “very satisfied” by the customer, no refund or chargeback requests will be accepted for that service. Additionally, requests for modification of services or changes in the selected plan duration will not be entertained during the active service period.

 

If a user confirms satisfaction for a completed service, it will be considered as successful delivery. Any further communication or clarification regarding that service must be made through Wavexel’s official support channels.

 

In case a customer raises a concern regarding service quality, the customer must provide valid supporting details or evidence. Wavexel reserves the right to review and evaluate such concerns. The final decision made by Wavexel after reviewing the case shall be considered binding. If it is determined that the service was not delivered as agreed, a partial refund or adjustment may be provided based on the extent of the service not fulfilled.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of a booked service prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellation requests must be made through Wavexel’s official communication channels.

  • If a cancellation is made before service initiation, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.
  • Once the service has been initiated or completed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Wavexel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to operational constraints, in which case customers will be informed and provided with alternative options or applicable refunds.

Service Delay & Time Commitment

Wavexel strives to deliver all services within the committed timelines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Technical issues
  • Resource unavailability
  • Network or infrastructure problems
  • External factors beyond control


In such cases:

  • Customers will be informed promptly regarding any delay.
  • Revised timelines will be communicated transparently.
  • Wavexel will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and complete the service at the earliest.

Wavexel shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, but will ensure continuous communication and support throughout the process.
